@qwequo to unlock your modem follow the steps below

Step 1. Download the latest mobile partner version 23 from here - [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Step 2. Install the downloaded mobile partner.

Step 3:Put different sim into your modem and insert it into the pc.

Step 4. When the modem dashboard is opening close it and open the mobile partner. It will ask for the code.

Step 5: You can get the unlock code from this link ''[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Step 6. Insert your IMEI into the box and click on calculate to get your unlock code.

Step 7. Now insert your code in the mobile partner unlock code box to unlock your modem permanently.

@qwequo, more to what Admin has listed, if your modem is an MTN modem with fastlink dashboard, then unlocking it is just simple. put any other sim apart from mtn in it and insert it to your pc. Once the MTN Fastlink opens, it will ask for unlock code then you insert it....Thats all.
