not all apps works with that

All apps work with it. You just have to know how to go about it. Apps which base their licence on Google play can be easily cracked with the normal methods. Even installing modded Google playstore automatically removes licence for apps if the above method doesn't work.
Apps which refuses to be cracked with the above methods( they are very very few) can only be patched using the inbuilt hex patcher, but you need to know what to patch. I haven't had any of those. The only problem I have with is it that it can't remove certain ads in apps.
