He then gives Aldonza a gun to shoot him as he knows that by now she is accusing him of the death of Adelina. Aldonza boldly takes the gun from him and points it at him and says directly to him that, she knows perfectly that he killed Adelina and she will also kill him like a dog. Father then stops Aldonza and Severiano tells them that may the heaven give them courage and straight away he leaves.
Humberto tells Renato that he doesn’t think Adelina committed suicide because he believes Severiano has a hand in her and therefore he’s going to investigate to know the truth.
After the doctor’s postmortem, they disclose to the police that Adelina never swallowed any pill and that the medicine which killed her was through a needle, which means it was a murder and not suicide.
Humberto again meets with the police to tell them that Severiano could be the murderer so they should investigate to the level ground.
Police go to investigate Severiano but Valeria arrives to lie to cover the truth even at that time the police is accusing him, he was with her in the house so the police had no questions for him again. And after the police left, Severiano asks why she did that and she tells him that it annoys her that they always blame him for every wrong thing that happens to the Alcocer family and also to let him know that they are together in the game.
Emmanuel takes a stroll with his horse to El-Santuario Rivers and he sees some children bringing out Alvatrie’s box so he gets down to check and surprising that was there was body in it so, he asks the children to go fast and report to the police.
The police arrive after Emmanuel disclosed how they came about the box and the police ask him to be secretive until a thorough investigation has been conducted.
Uriel goes to pay for the debt and interest his wife owes the microfinance but is only told to pay the debt because the interest on it has already been paid but he never mentioned to him it was Lola.
Silva regains her sight and she grows so happy together with Renato, Patricio and Thomas.
After Cristobal learnt from Aldonza that her father lost his arm through a matchet her father caught his hands with after catching her mother with Severiano, he becomes worried and quickly he goes to discloses to his mother how his father lost his arms. After, he tells her that, he can’t forgive her and his father for all the wrongs they’ve done.
